Product · one system for the field, the gate and the office
Show any inspector where every kilo went.
DhartiQ knows where each load is, who handled it and what it weighed at every step. It opens in any browser and installs on a phone like an app.
What it records.
| Feature | What it does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Source registry | Generators, suppliers and collection points with GSTIN or authorisation numbers. Excel import. | Live |
| QR labels | Printed per plant with a unique prefix, so a label is never confused with another operator’s. | Live |
| Phone pickups | Scan, weigh, GPS and time at the source. Works without signal and syncs later. | Live |
| Weighbridge and gate | Gross, tare, net and slip number against the load, compared with the pickup weight. | Live |
| Processing check | Loads go in, products come out. If the weights do not add up, DhartiQ flags it. | Early access |
| Dispatch and stock | Outward movements with invoice, e-way bill or manifest numbers, capped by recorded stock. | Early access |
| Certificates | Recycling, EPR and disposal certificates, never more than processed output. | Early access |
| Return drafts | Period totals per category in the shape of the regulator’s form, with CSV export. | Early access |
| Installable app | Add to the home screen on Android or iPhone; opens full screen and offline. | Live |
| Multi-plant, multi-company | Each company’s data is isolated at the database level. | Live |
Live = running in production for biomedical waste. Early access = built and working in the demos, configured with pilot plants.
What gets recorded at each step.
Source
Each generator, supplier or collection point is registered once, with its GSTIN or authorisation number. Every load after that is tied to it.
Done by: Plant office, once per source
Pickup
The driver scans the QR label on the bale, bag or drum. Weight, time and GPS are recorded on the spot, even without mobile signal.
Done by: Driver, on a phone
Weigh
At the gate the weighbridge slip is entered against the same load: gross, tare, net. The net is compared with the pickup weight straight away.
Done by: Weighbridge operator
Transfer
Every hand-over, from vehicle to yard to shed, is a scan, so there is never a gap in the record.
Done by: Driver and gate
Process
Loads go into a batch. What comes out (product, residue, declared loss) is weighed, and the batch has to balance.
Done by: Plant floor
Certificate
Recycling, EPR or disposal certificates are issued from processed output, and never for more than was processed.
Done by: Office, from the record
Government return
At period end the return is built from the same records. You check it and file it; nothing is retyped.
Done by: Office, checked by you

Next: AI that removes typing. Coming soon
None of this is live yet. We are building it in this order, and early-access plants shape it.
Photo to entry
Photograph a weighbridge slip, invoice or manifest. DhartiQ reads it and fills the entry for a person to confirm.
Anomaly flags
Weight differences between pickup and gate, and mass-balance gaps, flagged as they happen with the likely cause.
Drafted returns
CPCB and SPCB returns drafted from the period’s records. You review, correct and file. Nothing is filed without a person.
Records that cannot be quietly changed. Coming soon
Every entry will be chained to the one before it, and a daily fingerprint of the ledger anchored publicly, so anyone can check a certificate. How the trust ledger will work.
