Plastic waste processors and EPR
If you recycle, co-process or convert plastic packaging waste, the EPR certificates you generate are only as good as the records behind them. DhartiQ is building the trail from aggregator pickup to processed output.
Early access means: the software works and you can try it now with sample data. We set it up for you in a paid pilot at the Starter price, and you talk directly to the people who build it.
Rules that apply to you.
- Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016, as amended, and the EPR guidelines for plastic packaging
- Registration and EPR certificate generation on the CPCB centralised EPR portal
- Periodic returns of quantities received and processed, with category-wise break-up
A plain-language summary, not legal advice. Check the current notification and your consent or authorisation conditions.
Where things go wrong today.
- Aggregator and kabadiwala inflow arrives on paper slips with no link to the final certificate
- Category (rigid, flexible, multi-layer) is decided late and argued over at audit time
- Processed quantity on the portal does not reconcile with weighbridge and dispatch records
What DhartiQ does for you.
- Load-by-load intake: source, category and weighbridge weight captured once, at the gate
- Input vs output check for every load: product, rejects and losses, with any gap shown in kg
- Certificate-ready quantity reports by category and period, exported for portal upload
Common questions.
What does DhartiQ track for a plastic waste processor?
Every load from an aggregator, collection centre or kabadiwala: source, category (PET, HDPE, LDPE/LLDPE, PP, multi-layered packaging), weighbridge weight, the processing batch it went into, what came out (product, rejects, losses) and where the output was sold or sent.
Can it help with EPR certificates?
Yes. It keeps a category-wise record of what you received and processed, flags gaps between input and output, and gives you certificate-ready quantities by period. Certificates themselves are generated on the CPCB centralised EPR portal.
Does DhartiQ file returns on the CPCB portal for me?
No. DhartiQ drafts the figures and exports them (Excel/CSV) so your staff can check them against the current form and upload them on the CPCB or state board portal. It does not file on your behalf.
Is the plastic module live?
It is in early access: there is a working demo with sample data, and we run pilots with plants. Biomedical waste is the module in full production use.
What does it cost?
From ₹4,999 a month plus 18% GST, with a free 30-day pilot. Growth is ₹14,999 a month and Enterprise starts at ₹39,999 a month.
See it with your own plant’s data
Free 30-minute call. Tell us how material moves in your plant; we show it in DhartiQ and suggest a pilot plan. No obligation.
