E-waste and battery recyclers
Registered e-waste recyclers, refurbishers and battery recyclers have to show where each load came from, what was recovered and what went to final disposal. DhartiQ is building that trail with early-access plants.
Early access means: the software works and you can try it now with sample data. We set it up for you in a paid pilot at the Starter price, and you talk directly to the people who build it.
Rules that apply to you.
- E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022: registration, EPR certificates and returns on the CPCB portal
- Battery Waste Management Rules, 2022: EPR for battery recyclers and refurbishers
- Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules, 2016 for residues sent to TSDFs
A plain-language summary, not legal advice. Check the current notification and your consent or authorisation conditions.
Where things go wrong today.
- Loads are dismantled into many fractions and the link back to the source is lost
- Recovered material quantities have to be defended against input weights
- Residue manifests to the TSDF live in a separate file from the recovery register
What DhartiQ does for you.
- QR label per incoming load, scanned at pickup, gate, dismantling and dispatch
- Recovered material recorded against the original load, with a flag if weights do not add up
- Quarterly and annual return drafts built from the same records
Common questions.
What does DhartiQ track for an e-waste or battery recycler?
Each lot from collection points, bulk consumers, dealers or producers: category (IT and telecom, consumer electronics, lithium-ion, lead-acid, circuit boards), weight at the gate, dismantling batches and the recovered materials and residues that came out.
Does it handle lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries?
Yes. They are separate hazardous categories with their own recovery outputs (black mass, foils, lead paste, casings) and residue lines, so residues sent to a TSDF are accounted for.
Does DhartiQ file returns on the CPCB portal for me?
No. DhartiQ drafts the figures and exports them (Excel/CSV) so your staff can check them against the current form and upload them on the CPCB or state board portal. It does not file on your behalf.
Is the e-waste module live?
It is in early access with a working demo; we run pilots with recyclers. Biomedical waste is the module in full production use.
What does it cost?
From ₹4,999 a month plus 18% GST, with a free 30-day pilot. Growth is ₹14,999 a month and Enterprise starts at ₹39,999 a month.
