Paper, tyre and used oil recyclers
Waste tyre and used oil recyclers now carry EPR obligations, and paper mills buying recovered fibre need cleaner supplier records. DhartiQ is building one register that fits all three.
Early access means: the software works and you can try it now with sample data. We set it up for you in a paid pilot at the Starter price, and you talk directly to the people who build it.
Rules that apply to you.
- Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules, 2016, as amended for EPR on waste tyres and used oil
- Registration and EPR filings on the CPCB portal for tyre and used oil recyclers
- GST invoices and e-way bills for recovered paper and other inputs
A plain-language summary, not legal advice. Check the current notification and your consent or authorisation conditions.
Where things go wrong today.
- Supplier, quantity and quality records sit in different notebooks
- Output (crumb, pyrolysis oil, re-refined base oil, pulp) is not linked to input loads
- EPR quantities are assembled by hand before every filing
What DhartiQ does for you.
- Load intake with supplier, weight and quality notes, scanned at the gate
- Input-to-output yield per batch with variance flags
- EPR quantity summaries per period, ready to check and upload
Common questions.
Which materials does this module cover?
Truck and bus tyres, car and two-wheeler tyres, used engine and gear oil, old corrugated cardboard and mixed office paper, each with its own process and outputs (crumb rubber, pyrolysis oil, carbon black, re-refined base oil, bales).
Can it help with EPR for waste tyres and used oil?
Yes. It keeps category-wise quantities received and processed, with residues and losses accounted for, so the figures for the CPCB EPR returns come from load-level records.
Does DhartiQ file returns on the CPCB portal for me?
No. DhartiQ drafts the figures and exports them (Excel/CSV) so your staff can check them against the current form and upload them on the CPCB or state board portal. It does not file on your behalf.
What does it cost?
From ₹4,999 a month plus 18% GST, with a free 30-day pilot. Growth is ₹14,999 a month and Enterprise starts at ₹39,999 a month.
