Live · working today in biomedical waste

Already running for biomedical waste.

Hospitals tag each colour-coded bag with a QR sticker. The driver scans and weighs it at the hospital, even without mobile signal, and the plant gate weighs it again. One record per bag, from the ward to treatment, and the State Pollution Control Board reports are built from it. The same system now covers your industry.

  • QRsticker on every bag
  • 2×weighed: at pickup and at the plant gate
  • GPSand time saved at every pickup
  • 1record from ward to treatment
01 · The problem

Four books, four different numbers.

The driver’s slip, the weighbridge book, the processing register and the government return all record the same load. They rarely match. Here is what changes.

Weight at pickupWritten on a slip, retyped twiceScanned from the load’s QR sticker, with time and GPS location

02 · How it works

One record for each load, from pickup to government return.

Every load (a bale, bag, drum or truckload) gets a QR sticker. Each person who handles it scans it, and a line is added to the same record. Tap a step to see it.

One load, one record. Tap a step or let it play: each scan adds a line to the same record.
Step 01 of 07

Source

Each generator, supplier or collection point is registered once, with its GSTIN or authorisation number. Every load after that is tied to it.

Done by: Plant office, once per source

Step 02 of 07

Pickup

The driver scans the QR label on the bale, bag or drum. Weight, time and GPS are recorded on the spot, even without mobile signal.

Done by: Driver, on a phone

Step 03 of 07

Weigh

At the gate the weighbridge slip is entered against the same load: gross, tare, net. The net is compared with the pickup weight straight away.

Done by: Weighbridge operator

Step 04 of 07

Transfer

Every hand-over, from vehicle to yard to shed, is a scan, so there is never a gap in the record.

Done by: Driver and gate

Step 05 of 07

Process

Loads go into a batch. What comes out (product, residue, declared loss) is weighed, and the batch has to balance.

Done by: Plant floor

Step 06 of 07

Certificate

Recycling, EPR or disposal certificates are issued from processed output, and never for more than was processed.

Done by: Office, from the record

Step 07 of 07

Government return

At period end the return is built from the same records. You check it and file it; nothing is retyped.

Done by: Office, checked by you

03 · Inspection day

The officer asks about one load from March.

This is the moment the records are for. Here is how the same question goes on paper, and in DhartiQ.

On paper

  1. Find the driver’s slip in the box1 hour
  2. Match it to the weighbridge bookhalf a day
  3. Work out which batch it went intoa day
  4. Check it against the return you filed?

Two or three days, and the numbers may still not agree.

In DhartiQ

  1. Type the load number, or scan its stickerseconds

05 · Why plants choose it

Simple for your team. Accounts stay in Tally.

  1. Works on any phone

No special device. Drivers use their own Android phone or iPhone. It works without mobile signal and sends the data later.

  2. Easy to learn

Scan the sticker, type the weight, done. We train your team at your plant or on a video call.

  3. Keep Tally

Invoices, GST and accounts stay in Tally. DhartiQ gives your accountant the quantities.

  4. AI coming soon Coming soon

Photograph a weighbridge slip and DhartiQ will fill the entry for you. See the plan.

Built for the rules your plant follows

Returns to the CPCB and your State Pollution Control Board: APPCB, TGPCB, KSPCB, TNPCB and others. Named so you know what the software is built around; not legal advice.

06 · Your numbers

What it saves you: time, and risk.

Change the numbers to match your plant.

87 hoursof register work saved every month ₹7,500of clerk time freed every month That is more than the Starter plan costs (₹4,999 + GST a month).

An estimate from your own numbers, not a promise. It counts only register time, not fewer disputes or faster returns.

The calculator counts only clerk time. The bigger value is in what goes wrong less often:

  • Weight disputes. A difference between pickup and the weighbridge is flagged the same day, while the driver and the source still remember the load.
  • Certificates you can defend. DhartiQ will not issue a recycling or EPR certificate for more than your plant processed, so every certificate is backed by records.
  • Inspections and returns. Every figure in a return traces back to individual loads, so a question from the board takes minutes, not days.
  • Notices. Notices and environmental compensation usually begin with records that do not add up. Records that do are your best defence.
